About this site

Our mission

BanFlockCameras.com exists to document, in one place and with citations, why Flock Safety's automated license plate reader (ALPR) cameras are causing deep unease among Americans — and to give residents the tools to act. We believe persistent, warrantless tracking of where people drive is incompatible with a free society, and that communities should be able to say no.

How we source

Every factual claim on this site links to primary reporting — news outlets, civil-liberties organizations, court filings, public records, and official statements. We summarize that reporting and point you to the original so you can verify it yourself. Where the facts are contested or the law is unsettled — as with the ongoing Fourth Amendment litigation — we say so plainly.

Lawful advocacy only

This site advocates for change through lawful civic action: canceling contracts, passing ordinances, engaging elected officials, and informing the public. We do not endorse or instruct tampering with, damaging, or evading cameras.

Corrections & tips
